Su situación privilegiada en la plaza central del pueblo, Plaça Espanya, ofrece unas vistas inmejorables tanto desde el tejado del establecimiento, lugar en el que también está situada la piscina y el jacuzzi, como desde todas las habitaciones del hotel.
El edificio está situado a pocos metros de la estación de la línea de autobuses que comunica los diferentes pueblos de la isla, desde la capital, Maó, hasta Ciutadella. La parada de taxis se encuentra justo al lado de la estación de autobuses, donde un servicio de tres automóviles ofrece un cómodo desplazamiento a cualquier punto de la isla.
Situated at the heart of Ferreries, located in the centre of the island of Menorca, Hotel Loar Ferreries is the towns only establishment that offers hotel and apart-hotel accommodation all year round.
Thanks to its excellent location and its offer of hotel rooms and apartments, Loar is especially attractive for families and also for those who wish to enjoy a peaceful stay on the island, away from resorts focused exclusively to tourism. Both the restaurant and bar are an inevitable meeting point between the town’s residents and visitors, who appreciate the quality of food served or being able to have a coffee in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
Loar has a privileged location in the Plaça Espanya (Square of Spain), which is the central square of the town, and offers unbeatable views both from the terrace where the swimming pool and Jacuzzi are located, as from every hotel room.
Loar is situated only a few metres from the bus station that offers routes connecting different towns and resorts, from the island’s capital; Maó, through to Ciutadella. Just next door to the bus station is the taxi stop, where a service of three vehicles offers a comfortable journey to any point of the island.

Cala Mitjana Lounge
 Al·locs TerraceThe different hotel floors are communicated with reception on the first floor by lift. The lift also connects with the solarium area situated on the roof of the building. This area, named Al·locs Terrace is especially thought for those guests who wish to enjoy the sun and have a swim in the uncovered pool. Sun-beds are available and the terrace’s main feature is the large open-air Jacuzzi, which completes the hotel’s terrace offer for enjoyment. ![[Sample photograph]](piscina1.jpg) MealsAt high season the Hotel offers bed and breakfast or half board, whilst in low season it solely takes room only bookings. Nevertheless, guests staying at the hotel in low season have the possibility to use the establishments bar and restaurant service.
Aparthoel Loar We have two types of apartmentThe Apart-hotel Loar Ferreries dates from the year 1988 and occupies the part of the building that faces, on one side Reverend Pare Huguet street, with views over the hill of Son telm, and, on the other side, on to a large interior space formed by characteristic gardens and small allotments belonging to the surrounding houses. On the Northern side, the apart-hotel has fantastic views of the hills which surround the town of Ferreries. Hotel Dispone de tres tipos de habitaciónEl Hotel Loar Ferreries está catalogado con tres estrellas y consta de tres plantas de habitaciones coronadas por una gran terraza donde se encuentra ubicada la zona de solarium, la piscina y el jacuzzi.
Salón Cala Mitjana
 Terraza Al·locsUn ascensor comunica la planta baja donde está ubicada la recepción, con las diferentes plantas del hotel y también con la zona de solarium situada en la terraza en lo alto del edificio. Esta zona, denominada Terraza Al·locs, está pensada para que los veraneantes puedan disfrutar del sol en las hamacas y del agua de la piscina al aire libre. Un gran jacuzzi también al aire libre completa la oferta en esta zona del hotel. ComidaDurante la temporada alta el hotel ofrece los regímenes de media pensión o sólo desayuno, mientras que en temporada baja las reservas serán de sólo alojamiento, sin pensiones alimentarias. De todos modos, los huéspedes que se alojan en el hotel durante el invierno tienen a su servicio el bar y el restaurante del establecimiento. ![[Fotografía de muestra]](menjar.jpg) Aparthotel Loar Dispone de dos tipos de apartamentoEl Aparthotel Loar Ferreries data del año 1988 y ocupa la parte del edificio que da, por un lado, a la calle Reverend Pare Huguet con vistas sobre la colina de Son Telm, y por el otro, a un gran espacio interior formado por los característicos patios y pequeños huertos de las casas de los alrededores, con vistas también sobre las colinas que reodean la población de Ferreries por su lado norte. Catalogado con una llave, el aparthotel consta de tres plantas donde se ubican 30 apartamentos en estudio, cada uno con cocina y baño propios.

How to book Contact us by e-mail or phone to check your choice of accommodation and dates wanted, are available. To confirm a booking we require a deposit of 25% of the total balance to be sent to our account (bank transfer) .The balance will be due on your arrival in Cala Galdana. As soon as this transaction is completed we will provide you with all necessary details, directions to the apartments (location map) and your rep's contact numbers who will be waiting at the apartment for your arrival. Change over day is flexible in all the properties. |
Como Reservar Contacte con nosotros via e-mail o telefono para comprobar la disponibilidad y precios. Para confirmar la reserva se requiere un deposito del 25 % del total a pagar via tranferencia bancaria . El resto del importe se paga a la llegada . En el momento de tener todos sus datos y confirmar el pago del deposito , le mandamos via email la reserva , asimismo un plano y7o descripcion de situacion/como llegar , y el numero de telefono de recepcion ( o contacto del comercial que vaya a recibirle a su llegada ). Located on the first floor of the Hotel there is a large lounge equipped with sofas and tables to offer guests a place to mix and mingle with other holiday makers or simply to relax away from their rooms. In this lounge, named the Cala Mitjana lounge, you can watch television or navigate on the internet with a coin operated computer.
